30 Day Change of Mind
At the end of the day, my goal is to match each customer with a record player that truly meets their needs and expectations. To give you complete peace of mind, we offer a 30-day change-of-mind return policy. If the product isn’t right for you, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund — no questions asked. We simply ask that you keep the packaging for a few days, as returning the item in its original packaging makes the process much smoother for everyone.

12 Month Manufacturer Warranty
All audio equipment sold by Hyperion Trading is backed by a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, giving you confidence and peace of mind with every purchase. This warranty covers faults and defects that may arise under normal use, including issues related to materials, workmanship, or manufacturing quality. If a problem occurs within the warranty period, we will work with you to arrange a repair, replacement, or suitable resolution in line with manufacturer guidelines.
We understand that reliability is just as important as sound quality, so we only source products from trusted brands and suppliers known for consistent performance. Should you experience any difficulties, our goal is to make the process straightforward and stress-free. Simply contact us with a description of the issue, and if possible, provide photos or video to help us assess the problem quickly.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, incorrect setup, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear. However, if you are unsure whether your issue is covered, please reach out — we are always happy to help.
