This journey began with a simple goal: I wanted to buy a new record player and a handful of my favourite albums. But after visiting a couple of major Australian retailers, I quickly realised I could easily spend thousands of dollars.
That didn’t sit right with me, so I set out to find record player turntables that delivered great sound without the premium price tag.
Today, I import around 20 different models, from fun, low-cost suitcase-style players like the Purple T30 and Pink JT3, right through to premium powered Hi-fi options from brands such as Audio-Technica and Aiwa.
Last year, I created a small showroom space in my home in Richmond. It’s a relaxed environment where customers can bring along a favourite vinyl record and compare how different turntables, speakers, and amplifiers sound. Hearing the differences firsthand makes choosing the right setup much easier.
