Our Returns Policy
At Hyperion Trading, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Please visit our Support Page for more information or initiate a return through the Create Support Ticket page.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Refunds:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Damaged or Defective Items:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@hyperiontrading.com.au or 0494 191 337 with photos of the damage or defect.
- We will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund as appropriate.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
- Please ensure that your return package is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
